What is included in the $69 monthly price?+
The monthly price includes use of a washer and electric dryer plus normal maintenance and repairs. Applicable sales tax is added separately.
What does the $29 setup fee cover?+
It covers local delivery, standard installation to existing working hookups, new washer supply hoses, and testing before we leave.
Is there a minimum rental period?+
Yes. The initial minimum term is three months. After that, the rental continues month-to-month.
Can I choose the brand or color?+
WashUp provides clean, dependable equipment based on availability. We don't guarantee matching brands, colors, models, or specific capacities.
What do I need at my home?+
You need safe, accessible, working washer and dryer hookups, including a dryer outlet and vent. WashUp does not perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or vent construction.
What happens if a machine stops working?+
Contact us. Failures caused by normal use are covered. Customer-caused damage, unauthorized moves, or household hookup problems are not included.
