Wash Up is operated by Rita Rentals Abilene LLC (“Wash Up,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit our website, submit a rental inquiry, rent equipment from us, use our customer portal, request service, or otherwise communicate with us.

• Service and maintenance history
• Communications with Wash Up

Payment information is processed using our payment service provider. Wash Up does not require customers to provide payment card information by text message.

• Respond to rental inquiries and availability requests
• Establish and manage your rental
• Schedule and coordinate delivery, installation, pickup, relocation, or service
• Process payments and maintain transaction records
• Send receipts and payment-related notifications

3. Text Messages

Wash Up offers an optional text messaging program called Wash Up Alerts.

If you choose to opt in, Wash Up may send text messages related to your inquiry and, if you become a customer, your rental, delivery or installation, payments, appointments, service requests, equipment, and customer support.

Message frequency varies and is typically 2–3 messages per month, although additional messages may be sent when necessary to address an active delivery, payment, service, or customer-support matter. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of Wash Up Alerts at any time by replying STOP. You may reply HELP for assistance.

Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not required to submit a rental inquiry.

4. SMS Privacy

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Information related to your SMS consent may be shared with service providers only as necessary to provide and operate our messaging services.

5. Email Communications

Wash Up may send operational emails related to your inquiry or rental, including rental information, receipts, payment information, delivery and installation details, service updates, and other communications necessary to provide our services.

SMS consent is separate from these operational email communications.

6. How We Share Information

We may share information with service providers that help us operate Wash Up and provide services to our customers. These providers include services used for:

• Payment processing
• Text messaging and communications
• Database and application infrastructure

Our current operational service providers include Stripe, Twilio, and Supabase.

We provide these service providers with information only as reasonably necessary for them to perform services on our behalf.

We do not sell customer information or provide customer information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, protect our rights or property, prevent fraud or misuse, or protect the safety and security of our customers or services.

7. Payment Information

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe. Payment information may be collected and processed directly by those providers in connection with your Wash Up rental.

Wash Up may retain transaction information such as payment amounts, dates, payment status, and receipts as part of your rental and business records.

Customers should not send full payment card information, bank account information, passwords, or other sensitive financial information to Wash Up by text message.

8. Data Retention

We may retain customer, inquiry, rental, payment, agreement, equipment, service, and communication records for as long as reasonably necessary for business operations, accounting, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and recordkeeping.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and operational measures designed to protect the information we maintain.

However, no method of transmitting or storing information electronically can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Your Choices

You may choose not to opt in to text messaging.

If you have opted in to Wash Up Alerts, you may withdraw your consent at any time by replying STOP to a Wash Up text message.
